2 stars because the truck looks nice w a new lift kit and tires lol. We go in to get new tires bc they’re offering a free level kit. The kid who did my boyfriends tires goes to test drive the truck, my bf can’t even stand up fast enough to look at the truck before the employee is gassing it out the parking lot. Took his time coming back w the truck, when he gets back the driver tire is smoking and smells, he said “oh i smelled it but i didn’t think it was a big deal”. They take the truck apart and think the caliper is seized and taking 0% of the blame because “never seen that happen” “it’s impossible it was us”. We’re all standing around scratching our heads and they’re like “Well what are we going to do you need to figure out something before we close”. They finally take responsibility, as they should, and go buy a new caliper. We get the truck back and the brakes are awful but my boyfriend knows how to fix them and wanted to get out of there. After trying to bleed the brakes himself he realizes they put a passenger caliper on the driver side and that’s why he couldn’t get them stiffen up; so I guess another good thing is we got two new calipers for the price of one.

In the middle of an 8 hour road trip, our tire got a bubble in it. Found this place and they had us fixed up and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop on the boulevard today. I came in because my tire was losing air, and the team took care of me right away. Jose and the other technician were both incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. They found a small nail in my tire and repaired it quickly. What really impressed me was their honesty—they easily could have charged me, especially since I didn’t know what the issue was, but instead they told me it was a minor fix and didn’t charge me anything at all. I was genuinely surprised and very grateful for the free repair. It’s not often you come across such honesty and kindness. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and excellent service. Thank you again, Jose and team!

Needed a patch on rv tire. Doors open 30 minutes before closing. Asked the guys in the bay and they said they are still open and I would need to go to the desk. Went to the desk and he said if I was buying a tire they would help me. But since I only need a patch they are closed. He said that I was white privileged.
